Setting up your Business
Things to consider when establishing a new business:

- Register your domain name with your Internet service provider.
- Apply for your Australian Business Number (ABN) - Apply online for your ABN and at the same time you can register for GST, PAYG withholding and TFN.
- Get the relevant permits and licences for your business.
- Protect your brand: register logos, trademarks - Intellectual Property.
- Raise the capital, talk to your bank initially or mortgage broker.
- Set up banking arrangements.
- Look at your insurance needs - Business Insurance.
